An arch, rectangle, round or square
A portal to your world,
The window's form takes many shapes
Reflecting life unfurled.
A sign of light a place to view
From storm a shelter too,
Where rain's transparent beauty's seen
Along with morning dew.
Life is there behind that glass,
First seen from mother's breast
In every waking moment then
Until we're laid to rest.
A portal to your world,
The window's form takes many shapes
Reflecting life unfurled.
A sign of light a place to view
From storm a shelter too,
Where rain's transparent beauty's seen
Along with morning dew.
Life is there behind that glass,
First seen from mother's breast
In every waking moment then
Until we're laid to rest.
Your poem is so beautiful. Thank you for sharing it.
